This case required the extraction of four premolars to align the teeth nicely and prevent the appearance of too many teeth in the mouth.

This patient has one small tooth (“peg lateral”) and the canine tooth on the opposite side was impacted and needed to be brought into the mouth with a combination of braces and an exposure.

We had the canine exposed by a Periodontist, brought the canine into the mouth and aligned all the teeth. We then removed braces and sent to patient to their Dentist to have the small tooth built up.
